For your safety and convenience, please read our terms of order, payment and delivery:

All prices you find in our online store include VAT at the prevailing rate.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details.

Your order is confirmed after payment by an automatic email (within 48hrs).

IMPORTANT: i estimated orders to be shipped wihitin 7/15 business days. This timing can vary depending on the piece.

Due to specifics of manual work, there may be setbacks that can extend the execution time.

If needed, i will send you occasional updates through the process until your order ships.

All one-off pieces orders might take 45 to 60 business days / special projects need to be estimated.

All international orders are sent by FedExL with insurance, the fees for each country, when applicable, are charged directly to the customer.

FedEx will require payment due and will deal all the processIn case of damage at the reception, please send us an email to info@lilianasilva.art with the picture of the piece and correspondent package within 2 (two) business days.

There may be changes in prices on the website without prior notice.

Refunds

I don´t have a return policy. If you wish to request a return, please email info@lilianasilva.art with your email address and order number.

After you ship your order, I will send you all the instructions.

Do not send your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

Any returned package will be refused and returned to sender.

Returns with cash on delivery will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

The costs and risks related to the return of the product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Liliana Silva reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

If your return is not accepted, it will be reshipped to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
